Suzuki Regular Temperature Black Dye Tobikaburaki SN 1L 5L 20L

The black dyeing process of Suzuki Metal can be easily done anywhere by anyone at room temperature. (Since this product is a concentrated solution, it should be diluted with tap water before use.)

1. **Degreasing** Black dyeing processing requires complete degreasing due to chemical reactions. (Note: Insufficient degreasing can cause dye unevenness.) For degreasing agents, there is trichloroethylene or a dedicated degreasing agent, the water-based degreasing cleaner Tobikamaritt made by Tobi Corporation. In the case of trichloroethylene degreasing agent, immerse the item to be dyed for 1-2 minutes, ensure sufficient degreasing, then remove and let it air dry. ↓ 2. **Surface Activation** If there is rust or smut, immerse in a 10% hydrochloric acid solution (a solution diluted 2-3 times with water from industrial hydrochloric acid) for 1-2 minutes. ↓ 3. **Black Dye Treatment** Dilute the room temperature black dye Tobik Blackie SN with water (distilled water or tap water) at a ratio of 1:1-2, then place the pre-treated item into this solution, stirring up and down several times, and immerse for 1-2 minutes. (Note: If used undiluted or if the dilution ratio is insufficient, it will result in poor fixation, so be careful.) ↓ 4. **Washing (Hot Washing)** Since black "sludge" adheres to the surface, please wipe it with a sponge or cloth. Additionally, using Chemik's ChemQ Sludge Remover Spray will be even more effective.
